How I manifest using the list method – A Thread 🗒️
even before discovering LOA, I’ve always organized my life through writing, whether that was journaling or making simple lists. I used Google Docs for years because I liked being able to add images. These days, I mainly use Notion and a physical notebook where I journal and write my lists.
I like lists bc I can simply affirm, “I have everything on my list,” and leave it at that. Sometimes, though, I’ll focus on a specific area and alternate between affirming “I have everything on my list” and “I have XXX,” depending on my mood. I also divide my lists into categories: master list, monthly, yearly, and weekly. My master list contains all of my life goals, while the others are broken down into smaller categories. You definitely don’t need that many lists, I do it because, as I said, I like being as organized as possible. That’s just how I function: routines, everything written down, and multiple notebooks for different things.
Sometimes I write things very simply, like “10k in my bank account,” and other times I write full scenarios, like “I woke up and saw that I have 20k in my bank account.” That’s just a random example. It doesn’t really matter which style you use, I’m only mentioning it because some people might be curious.
And one extra tip: if you have a vision board, add to your list that everything on your Pinterest manifests!
