@StygianAdara @PatrickHeizer The whole point of the game is exploring and levelling pokemon. Group EXP share is the thing that's detracting from the game.

It'd be like if mining in Runescape levelled up 5 other unrelated skills at the same time. It just makes the game feel less rewarding and unearned.

@linkkling EXP share for the whole team is basically easy mode and playing the game without it is simply just more rewarding.

However I think a good middle ground is just having EXP share as an item like the old games so you can choose 1 other pokemon to share, not the whole team.
