@RJPcoach When wingers came in-in possession we used to use one of the 3 CBs as an outlet pushing the wing back higher,or playing direct over the press.If wingers came in when the opp were in possession that played into our hands as we were able to compact the play.

@RJPcoach I used with an under 18 side many years ago for two years a 1-3-6-1 formation, quite successfully. We switched depending on who we played between a box centrally or a diamond. I found the opposition struggled to work out our formation and how to break us down in our low block.

Today our lead teacher Sophie completed Day 3 of 5 of @jamieoliver ministry of food UK ‘Train the Trainer Programme.’

This training will enable Sophie to deliver cooking workshops: at our Holiday and Activity Programmes; to pupils in schools; to parents and at community events.
