@VirginAtlantic I paid for her ticket and expecting a wheel chair bound elderly to call her from India is ridiculous. We would never fly VA again. Also she was rebooked in Air India which in the first place we avoided due to logistics. This is just crazy how poorly Virgin Atlantic handled this

@VirginAtlantic So my mom was supposed to fly Mumbai to Pittsburgh PA on 3/9, right before boarding her flight was cancelled and she is not rebooked until 3/12. How fair is that? I called cust service and the supervisor was rude saying I am not authorized to speak with her on behalf of my mom.

Wow Qatar airlines. They can’t seem to get anything right. After 2 days of trying to book flights, their support who privately reached out to me, didn’t help either. Lame to say the least. My option to suck up to them and now pay a higher price or find another airline

@qatarairways sucks. Unable to complete a booking online through any browser or the app nor by calling Customer Service. They say they are getting an error just like I did. Now I need to call back for the third time. It’s been 2 days. Time to@look for another airline.

Wow @Southwestair id like to think this is a genuine mistake…I am on this flight from Nashville to New Orleans flight 1627 on Jan 20th 2023, and the male flight attendant offers everyone snacks and ignored us. I don’t need your snack but treat everyone fairly. Btw I am a poc.
