@canyon_bikes @CanyonUK I have just received the worst service ever. After waiting weeks for my bike to arrive, the back brake doesn't work, gears skip constantly and a bolt came snapped... Let's hope you send me a replacement ASAP I only paid over £1000 for it.. what a joke!
