@rcw9715 @TheSkyBlueHub Can’t hold the ball at his feet. Great energy and passion but he’s unable to take anybody on…

[Liam #PUSB @liam_pusb]

@ShabanaMahmood Yet his mum’s being let out early 😂 make it make sense?!

[Natalie 🩵 @nattiecw]

@AndyTurnerccfc I think our recruitment over the last two seasons has been very poor indeed. Markelo, Wolfenden, Brau, Bassette, Borge Rodrigues and I even think two of our loans in Esse and Yang were questionable. As for the summer signings only Pinnock has looked a good decision.

[Liam #PUSB @liam_pusb]

@Jacoblew98 Championship I couldn’t see the flaws. Premier League I can

[Liam #PUSB @liam_pusb]

I’m still FUMING about yesterday

Imagine you’re Doug King. Lampard has REQUESTED you sign Tchaouna for £20million yet he can’t make the bench. Ghobo cost £15million and hasn’t played in the PL yet. Yet Grimes plays a full 95 minutes.

Grimes will cost Lampard his job…

#pusb

[GurneRy @Gurnery_]

I remember everyone saying that we only had like 3 prem worthy players.

We're consistently playing most of last seasons.

Doug cannot be happy with how the money has been spent, surely?

[Liam #PUSB @liam_pusb]

@JimmyBurnsYT I don’t think that’s true at all. He’d have had a HUGE say in who comes in. I thought it was also common knowledge he’d specifically wanted Tchaouna

[Liam #PUSB @liam_pusb]

@NickRider2 Spot on. 0 ambition in our style of play

[Liam #PUSB @liam_pusb]

@X_Will_R True, maybe it’s because we haven’t spent that kind of money before. But it still feels like he should be playing…

[Liam #PUSB @liam_pusb]

@callmeErnie77 I don’t believe it’s solely down to him. That’s ridiculous. But why would he stay on the pitch for 95 minutes yesterday when the midfield was clearly the problem?!

[Liam #PUSB @liam_pusb]

@h6cov They’ve had their chance and they haven’t took it. 9 games in and nothing’s changed.

Also I think you’ll find I was mostly moaning at the LACK of signings we’d made. I did say to give Grimes a chance. He’s a good footballer who did a lot for us but he doesn’t suit PL football…

[Liam #PUSB @liam_pusb]

@WayneEveri75947 @dawkinscov1980 Couldn’t tell you mate. Grimes is going to cost Lampard his job

[Franks at the wheel @nononononon1245]

Save us king #pusb

[Liam #PUSB @liam_pusb]

@JustinBeale70 @Ohthedownfallis I thought it was quite common knowledge that Lampard got every player he wanted. He personally wanted Tchaouna.

No idea how recruitment works but Dean Austin and Doug must have listened to what Lampard thought we needed…

[Liam #PUSB @liam_pusb]

If you are Doug King you’ve got to be questioning why you’ve spent so much money on players Lampard wanted - and then they can’t even get into the first team (let alone the subs.)

He’ll be his own downfall

#pusb

[Andrew @andy_cov93]

God I miss you so much

[Liam #PUSB @liam_pusb]

@mrdjmasters But they were all players Lampard pushed for

[Liam #PUSB @liam_pusb]

If I speak I’m in trouble…

Today was so disappointing. We were awful. I’ve been saying it all along but the loyalty to the Championship squad of last season will send us down with Lampard out of a job.

At this point I feel for a few players, but Gboho must be fuming…

#PUSB

[Liam #PUSB @liam_pusb]

@RobPUSB Don’t think Gboho is the answer but if you’re him watching a poor EMC come on for BTA you’d be absolutely fuming. How Grimes stays on for the whole game is insane
