Please sign! They must have a team or something that screens content... they cant keep letting people share this abuse using their platforms. When I think of these platforms, all I think about is how they allow their users to do this and I avoid them as much as possible.

update on this guy: he underwent surgery for his amputation yesterday but due to his anemia and necrosis and general condition, had a rough surgery. He was transferred to the emergency hospital and has been there since.

2026年6月7日至8日，重庆江北区天赐龙都小区陷入一场僵持的对峙。爱心志愿者彻夜蹲守在楼下，只为救出被一名男子囚禁虐待的小动物。这名被网友称为“山姆打包哥”的男子李X，长期以虚假名义骗取爱心人士领养猫狗，而后对其实施极端残忍的虐待甚至虐杀，其暴行已持续至少一年，却始终未能得到法律的有效制裁。

李X，山东淄博人，现居住于重庆��北区天赐龙都小区。他之所以被冠以“山姆打包哥”的绰号，源于其在重庆山姆超市的长期恶劣行为：他从不消费，专挑试吃摊位下手，每次拿的分量远超常人，吃完一轮便反复���队试图“无限循环”。更令人不齿的是，他会随身携带袋子，将试吃的饮料、零食、熟食等打包带回家，甚至带着老婆孩子组团蹭吃。面对这种行为，山姆超市曾采取报警、封锁会员卡、安排专人“盯梢”等多种措施，但均未能阻止他，最终只能无奈地用“人盯人”的方式限制其行动。

如果只是在山姆超市蹭吃蹭喝，你很难说他触犯了哪条明确的法律，最多只能谴责他道德低下、毫无廉耻。然而，就是这样一个在公共场合唯利是图、斤斤计较的人，回到家中却摇身一变，成了一个双手沾满鲜血的动物虐待者。他不仅自己施暴，还疑似伙同妻子，并带着读幼儿园的儿子一同参与虐杀猫狗的过程！

早在2025年6至7月间，他楼上的邻居就在楼道里捡到了一只被遗弃的雪纳瑞，这只小狗的两只耳朵都被残忍地剪掉了。与此同时，另一位邻居长期听到李X家中传出虐狗的恐怖惨叫声，不堪长期的精神折磨，最终只能选择搬离小区。

2026年3月，李X的恶行第一次被公开曝光。一位爱心人士将自己的爱犬送养给他，然而仅仅几个小时后，李X就发消息告知对方狗已经死了。当这位人士赶到现场想要接回狗的遗体时，发现自己的爱犬是被虐待致死的。他第一时间向重庆大石坝派出所报警，但由于立案困难，此事最终不了了之，李X没有受到任何处罚。需要特别指出的是，根据《案（事）接报回执》材料显示，早在2026年3月29日深夜，报警人就已因“有人虐狗”向大石坝派出所报警。然而，警方在回执中并未记录虐待行为，而是采信了施暴者的说法，仅记录为“被狗咬了一口所以使用狗钳处置”，导致李X再次逃脱惩罚。

李X的暴行在6月初进一步升级。6月4日上午，他通过“夫妻假扮”等手法，同时从两名救助人手中骗走三只幼犬（一白两棕）。令人发指的是，他在骗走幼犬仅1小时后，就折返丢弃尸体，这证明他的所谓“领养”从一开始就是为了虐杀。

2026年6月7日，有人拍摄到的一段视频彻底点燃了公众的愤怒。视频显示，李X在自家阳台上不分白日黑夜地虐待动物，其恶劣行径包括但不限于摔打动物、将动物放进洗衣机搅拌、对动物进行恐吓等。一位救助人在看到视频后，震惊地发现视频中的一只小狗正是自己几天前送养出去的！原���，李X用虚假信息联系她，谎称联系她的是自己的妻子，骗取了她的信任。当该救助人发现真相后，立刻上门索要自己的小狗，但李X拒不配合，坚决不肯交狗。

救助人和其他受害者多次向大石坝派出所报警，但警方不仅以“非公共危害”、“狗已送养”为由不予立案，更发表了大量匪夷所思的不当言论：面对受害者求助，警方竟称“杀狗不犯法，你可以不管他”、“你怎么不去管那些吃狗肉卖狗肉的”、甚至公然宣称“就算今天他就在你面前打死一只狗也拿他没办法”。更恶劣的是，据材料指控，警方在处置过程中竟向受害者索要800元现金，并以此作为“不追究李X录假口供”的条件！
