Alrighty here's the post about how the @GrapheneOS install went and frankly there isn't much to say xD it's super easy and quick

Graphene recommended buying a Google pixel from Google themselves to avoid any OEM unlock issues, you should heed this advice, personally I chose to ignore it and bought mine from O2, OEM unlocking was an option in my case BUT that's not to say all O2 phones could have the OEM unlock toggle

Soo, now go to settings, about phone, scroll down to build number, slap the number 7 times then head to developer options (use the search bar if you can't find it)

Next up head over to grapheneOS website https://t.co/eyJDVkCFJO

Read the info, press install then webUSB installer

To prove how flexible the installer is I used a default out of the box pi5 with the default browser on raspberry pi os, worked perfect so no excuses :P

Once you get to the web installer, reboot your phone while holding down the down volume key, once your on the fastboot screen wait

Go back to the web installer, hit unlock bootloader, select your device when the pop up asks then use the down volume key to select the unlock bootloader option and press power button to accept

Then download the OS with the button under the first

Once that's done hit flash, which is also under the download button

Once that's done and the website says finished press the final button to relock the bootloader, just like the first time use the volume keys to highlight lock bootloader then power button to accept

First reboot takes longer but reboots after that are faster

And that's it, that's legit how easy it is to do the initial installation 😁

The later option does mean you would have to move into a small state approved room called a prison

They all want to have the best ai models and training data only ever gets bigger and more complex then the Ai models themselves become enormous and need unholy amounts of ram and GPU power to work

@GrapheneOS I was shocked how smooth the update went, my phone just automatically downloaded it and then gave a notification to reboot, and done

I was fully expecting bugs, having to re-flash everything, stuff to not work - so I was pleasantly surprised when it just worked 😁
