@renault_uk@RenaultUKPR@renaultgroup take note. My elderly mother who lives on her own in rural area has had nightmare with her Renault Captur now for 6 weeks. Engine has died after 42000 miles. Renault are aware of this recognised fault but will not accept any liability.
Slow to respond, dismissive of issue despite this being a recognised as a well know and well documented issue in France where Renault agreed to compensate others. Ombudsman says 6 months to wait to look into. what is my mum supposed to do until then with no car? Crap @RenaultUKPR
