Semi impossible to know where to start @NMFCOfficial. Abhorrent list management and there’s absolutely zero exposed evidence to suggest the coaching is 1% better.

Most of the players who have the talent don’t compete consistently enough and the ones who do compete, generally just dont have the talent. The defensive system - for this group - is illogical and listless.

I thought 6-8 weeks ago that it was turning, but it isn’t. The Club might need a miracle to avoid another 5 years like this. There just is too much to fix and the longer this goes, you just continue to suck the life out of the kids who are supposed to be the ones that drag us out of this.

However, if there was a spot to ‘start’ you’d think operating with some selection integrity is a logical one and you send the likes Daniel and Logue back to the VFL (for good), because for as long as you permit your club to become a superannuation retirement home with no standards or accountability, it will be. Allowing senior figures to save face on abominable contract calls does nothing for no one and it is the only possible reason why blokes like that are playing week after week. It’s unbecoming and tears at the fabric of the club.
