High School Athlete Liam smokes a 3 Plate Pause Bench💪🏻
3 years ago Liam was Benching 115lbs and has added +200lbs to Press since then.
Liam is ruthlessly consistent, coachable, and determined. He’s earned all the recognition he’s going to get this season.
Today I had a great experience at GVSU’s exposure camp working in at OLB. It was a great time to work at a college level learning things to bring back home. @gvsufootball@Coach_Gardiner@CoachPostmaGV
So myself and @BurnTheLadders shared a lot of voice notes last night on Brief Maximal Tension.
It appears physiologically impossible on paper until you see it in action.
Here’s an Athlete who went up 60lbs in 2 weeks on his Pause Presses. Percents would never account for this level of adaptation.
Had a great camp today at the Gateway to the North Showcase at Clare. It was a great day to improve my skill with individual drills and a great performance on the 1v1’s as an outside linebacker while also gaining exposure to various college coaches. @northmishowcase
I had a great performance at John Glenn High Schools football combine today. It was a great opportunity to prove my strength and agility. Results: 225x10, a 4.79 40, Vertical jump of 30.0 inches, 3 cone shuttle 4.7, and a broad jump of 9 feet. All while weighing in at 197 pounds. @jdhorton99@ZacGoodman_
I’ve had a great first month of throwing shot and discus. It’s great to learn something new and grow with it. My current PRs as of April are 35’8 on shot put, and 101’3 on discus. Can’t wait for what’s to come!
At Bay City John Glenn we had a great first two weeks. Week one against South Lyon 24-17, and last Friday 41-0 against Alma. I had some great plays and I’m looking forward to our game against Garber tomorrow.
