@AvantiWestCoast travelled from Wigan to GLC yesterday and had a 2 hour delay - used the app to claim - have got on the 8am to return from GLC and you’ve refunded my return ticket as well 🤬 instead of my advance ticket I’ve just had to pay £75 onboard 🤬 How do we fix this?

@WestJet and @airfrance an absolute farce. Top tier tickets booked from YVR to MAN - get to CDG to be told downgraded by @airfrance to economy , despite business seats being available, because that is all @WestJet booked. @WestJet saying they can’t help but have confirmed the seat should be in business and have asked me to start the downgrade process on 72 hours - now got several hours in Paris - hot , tired and very disinclined to use either airline ever again !
