@MatrixMysteries I don't know your intent in reposting this. My ER experience wasn't bad—the doctor was busy but professional and dedicated. My family doctor and clinic are also reliable. Having lived in several countries, Canada is one of the best.
@OnlyInCanadaEh1 Capital has no regard for nationality. Its primary objective is to max returns with undue risks. A stronger case can be made whether they should allocate the majority of their assets to low-cost, broad-market index funds, which deliver market returns and is hard for them to beat
@bettybloodclot In their cultural lens, continuously pushing for more—even well past the point others consider fair—is typically seen as a mark of intelligence and strength rather than a breach of decency.
@callistoroll I value peaceful, respectful seatmates on flights or trains—people who keep noise low, stay within their space, and are mindful of others. That makes travel so much more pleasant for everyone.
@mrmikeMTL Canadians have access to universal public healthcare that covers essential medical services at no direct cost to the patient, reducing the risk of bankruptcy from illness or medical bills. Public university tuition is much lower, making higher education more accessible.
@BoswellDoug I voted PC, but I think Carney is right that we sd be actively strengthening trades with China & other countries beyond the US. Not everything he proposes is wrong. Giving credit where it's due — you can't oppose every single position he takes just because he's Carney.
@PierrePoilievre I don't see any issues with working to improve relations with China. My biggest concerns right now are tackling crime and addressing immigration policy.
