A little background on the SaaS I'm building with #GrokBots.

I work in sales with large resorts and hotels. Recently noticed how many still rely on spreadsheets, paperwork and outdated systems to manage everyday operations.

Saw an opportunity to make one of those processes a lot simpler with software.

Figured I'd give it a shot and see if I can turn it into a business.

So far, I've successfully turned it into a monthly expense 😬

Recently closed my biggest deal this year after almost 6 months.

Customer told me early on hed send the PO on Friday.

Didn't realize I'd spend the next 6 months wondering which Friday he meant.

Pretty useful use case for anyone in #Sales still using PDF price sheets or Excel files to put together custom quotes.

I took all the pricing files I use and had #ChatGPT build an interactive quoting tool that runs right in the browser.

Some of our quotes involve multiple vehicles with tons of different configurations. Used to take me 20+ minutes to put one together.
Now it takes about 5 minutes with no mistakes.

48 hours into my SaaS experiment with Grok bots...

Already have a working app with live tracking, camera-based QR scanning, data imports, dashboards and reporting.

Pretty wild. Biggest issue is running out of tokens and being too impatient to wait for a reset.

I've always wanted to build something online, but coding was a barrier. With AI, ideas that seemed impossible suddenly feel doable.

Now I'm trying to build a SaaS with a bunch of Grok bots doing the heavy lifting. Amazing to watch, although my impatience is getting expensive 😅
