It was great to see @SalBrinton on TV this morning to discuss her infected blood amendment.
This scandal has been going on for years leaving victims struggling with their health as a result.
We are calling for victims and families to be compensated after years of mistreatment.

Steve Coogan's piece last night for @LibDems conference saying he would normally vote Labour but will be campaigning with the @LibDems candidate in Lewes to help topple Tory @mariacaulfield
I sincerely hope they succeed.
Tactical voting at the next GE 👍🏼
@BethRigby@hzeffman@ChrisMasonBBC Further narrowing his potential appeal at the election by turning his back on all those who understand that climate change is a real and urgent global threat. Does he really believe there are enough climate deniers to win an election?
@Peston It’s hard to think of a politician with less credibility on issues of government economic competence. That she is a leading spokesperson for these views only goes to demonstrate how lacking in seriousness the positions she is taking are. It’s popularism without being popular.

@Keir_Starmer Strange choice of words around people being concerned about calling an ambulance. I’d have thought that people are concerned that lack of funding means it won’t arrive in time. Is there really an issue with people not calling ambulances because they are concerned about NHS care?
Rishi Sunak is asked at the Infected Blood Inquiry to commit to providing compensation for victims of the scandal, but doesn't.
The reason? He doesn't want to get anyone's hopes up.
@ftukpolitics As incompetent as this Government is, it stretches credulity beyond breaking point that it is moving “as quickly as thoroughness allows” to pay compensation to those infected and affected by #ContaminatedBlood
If you want to #GTTO then a key lesson from recent by-elections is; where the @LibDems are in 2nd place and have enough resources even large Conservative majorities can be overturned. Lib Dem’s are 2nd in about 90 seats. That makes more resources vital https://t.co/RSp0yB4bTu
