@davidhogg111 I really hate to be pessimistic, but I think the GOP will need a sound thrashing in November. Maybe Congress could add 2 seats a year to the Supreme Court for 3 years to bring it up to 15. The Israeli Supreme Court has 11 Justices, and Israel's pop. is < 10 million.

@esqonfire @lifeafterten Prosecutors who issue fake subpoenas should serve at least as much time in prison as the people for whom the fake subpoenas were issued. It a prosecutor issued 25 fake subpoenas and 25 people were in prison for a total of 350 days, the prosecutor should serve 350 days or more.
