This is utterly insane. Changing policy twice in almost as many days. No actual (useful) details of how people go about getting the tests done. Not to mention tests pre departure and on arrival make absolutely NO sense. Chaos for everyone who has Christmas travel booked.

Hi @HM_Passport I sent my passport application to you which was received on 8th Sept. Meant to be travelling mid Oct. Any idea on how I can find out progress. I’ve tried phoning but keep getting cut off by an automated message.

@ghali_liz They were recorded as received on 15 Sept. I did eventually manage to get in touch via phone (after being on hold for 1.5hours on Sat morning and asked them to put a note on my file of my travel date. Don’t know if that helped put my application up the list. good luck for yours x

I hope @dominos_uk are proud of themselves. 45 mins late for delivery of the pizzas for our ten year olds birthday party. Half his friends have had to leave. @PapaJohnsUK all the way next time..!
