It's fair to say we hoped for more, we hoped for a stronger phrasing, for a strong commitment from #NATO to #Ukraine. 🇺🇦

I am grateful to you, Vilnius, and to all Lithuanian cities and communities for every call in support of Ukraine, for sheltering our people who have taken refuge in Lithuania from hostilities... Thank you!
Thank you for your help to our defense and for your clear, honest and courageous position on inviting Ukraine to @NATO. Ukrainian flags on Lithuanian streets clearly prove that we are already allies, and Ukraine will defend both its own and your freedom!

Today marks the day when 19 years ago Lithuania became a member of the #EuropeanUnion. This shift was a game changer for us. Hopefully, it will soon become one to #Ukraine too - fingers crossed for Ukraine becoming a full member of the EU as soon as possible.
