@Wickes shocking service, tried to return an item told has to go back to delivery store, arranged, email to go to payment store for refund -refused one week on still no refund. Told by customer service stores will liaise and call me - still no refund 🤷♀️
@Inchcape_VW Bolton have to say we received shocking customer service today. Called in an asked to discuss a new deal on a car today, ended up leaving 20 minutes later not having spoken with anyone and feeling like we weren’t good enough for your staff to bother with
