@ALA_PLA 2/2 A4- we need to reach those that we aren’t reaching so we can start building those relationships. How can we meet the underserved if they can’t even acces us?
@ALA_PLA A4: our first step was removing financial barriers and dropping fines. Our next step is looking at our hours.
We are also looking at how we can hold ourselves accountable to this work.
@emcraig_95 I admit- we do this, but not on the ongoing basis it deserves (we did last month, and we did during Black History Month, for example). We need to be better at this!
