@AidanTheJester Me to cis people: Please don't use ma'am? She/her is fine. Or just Mel.

Me to LGBTQ+: I'm Mel! I'm genderfluid, today is a both day, but watch for changes tomorrow, or this evening, idk. I'm used to she/her, dude is cool, what's up you? also appropriate. Not ma'am. Never ma'am.

This is horrific! Wheelchairs cost THOUSANDS! Not only are they expensive, they take many months to build and customize. They are an extension to the person's body. This is assault!

This is a photo of a trans man, who was forced by Texas law to compete against women instead of men. This is the consequence of the laws you’re passing, not the problem that you’re solving, and you are literally too ill-informed to notice.

I live in Texas. I've never voted Republican. I can't move.

I could die of a treatable cancer because they won't accept the Medicaid expansion

so I can afford my treatment.

When you say "those people" deserve what they get?

I'm those people.

The cultural ambassador at First Americans Museum took the role of 'Indigenous Santa.' He proudly designs his own Santa costume with Native American regalia, and kids particularly love to see 'Indigenous Santa' wearing moccasins. https://t.co/88Azm8yiob

At the request of elders we will now refer to the unidentified Indigenous woman murdered by the serial killer in Winnipeg as ‘Buffalo Woman’ instead of unidentified woman. Until her name is found, we honour her.

why are transphobes so sympathetic to trans experiences as soon as they're talking about cis people?

Today is Lā Kūʻokoʻa, or Hawaiian Independence Day. On this day in 1843, Great Britain and France formally recognized the Kingdom of Hawaii’s sovereignty.

Here’s how American businessmen overthrew the Hawaiian monarchy in 1893.

I’m not saying this to be a bitch but I genuinely don’t relate to this and I’m finding it weird to discover I guess this is how everyone else thinks. I wear a mask bc there’s a deadly disease harming people and I don’t rly understand this approach. We are adults.
