@TalkTalk 2/2 she had to then get a neighbour to help her. Surely when you deal with vulnerable elderly people, you can forgo making people act as telecoms engineers and just book a repairer. And not threaten her with a ยฃ75 charge if she got itwrong after doing said telecoms work
@TalkTalk Wanted to let you know how appalling I find it that when my 85 year old mum contacts you as her landmine has an issue, you make her jump through hoops having to unscrew faceplate and do tests which she didn't know how to do before you would book a repair for her. 1/2
@UPS_UK I'm struggling to change the date of a delivery. Your system is sending me around in a loop telling me to log in to MyChoice to change the delivery date but when I do it says there are no deliveries due but there are and I need to change it! So frustrating. Can you help?
@Morrisons Wanted to say a big thank you to the delivery driver who just delivered my. shopping. Wouldn't have blamed him not coming as we live on a steep hill thats covered with snow and ice. He had to walk part way to avoid getting stuck. Certainly went above and beyond!
If @WeAreOpenreach do turn up, they'll just have a wasted journey and a door in their face! So sick of bad customer service from big companies. Sort it out!
@TalkTalk@WeAreOpenreach how hard is it to cancel an appointment for fibre that we never made?! I have been passed from pillar to post via web chat and text support and all I want to do is cancel an appointment! Spoken to 7 different people now!
