Everybody STFU!!
Did the star of DIY book scanning, Mr Daniel Reetz, actually just comment one of my videos?
Yes, he did! This is so motivating! Thanks Daniel!
We know, it has been way too long since the last Video. Sorry for the wait.
Wait no longer! There is a new Video out now! https://t.co/9mKgithpP6
Hopefully this pandemic ends soon, so we can continue working normally on this project!
For a long time nothing happened here. But this progress bar really looks like as if a new episode is about to be released...
Are you as excited as @ijonberlin is? #YouTube
@dcht00@LibreSolar Thanks a lot! Episode 36 is in post production and the shooting for Episode 37 has started. But @ijonberlin is currently not able to continue, because he hurt his left hand. In a couple of days he should be back in the workshop, the injury is not dramatic.
The parts for the conversion to I²C have arrived! The whole mechatronics will be controlled with I²C, no exceptions.
Yet another recommendation from @whyrename. The TRRS cables and sockets are for a plug n play I2C wiring, which supposedly reduces the pain in I2C significantly
Today, exactly three years ago, the first parts for the libreflip prototyle development were delivered!
No one would've thought, that this took so long.
Does anyone have any clue how Stall Detection on a Pololu 36v4 works?
I can't find anything about that topic in the documentation https://t.co/bygE6K3rpc
Anyone? @Pololu maybe? Not even the Back-EMF-Pin is mentioned in the documentation!
Would you like to take a look behind the camera and assist with shooting Episodes?
From time to time someone says to @ijonberlin "Just tell me if you need a hand" - but he hasn't been taking notes on that.
If you are interested, just comment below and introduce yourself!
What else to do during Lockdown then woodworking?
I restored an old Knife from my Kitchen that had a broken handle and I made a video about it!

Thanks to @c_v_e_n for the support @cbase#YouTube#upcycling#repair#woodwork
Did you know who else works on the project? Shout-out to @spacekookie, she just committed some code to automate the finding and recognizing of the cameras! Thanks for your help, spacekookie!

Find out if a new suction box is really necessary and what kind of quality we can get from the cameras!
Fresh released, just for you: Episode 35 of "building Libreflip"
https://t.co/KZKvYhE1i9
Do we need to reconstruct a new suction box? Soon we'll know! A new Episode (No 35) is nearly ready and will be published tomorrow!

@paradieskiosk Yes, we are aware of this project. We think that this was a prototype in a university that was not continued after the prototype. Also it has very expensive components.
Look! #Bookscanner parts from the predecessor of #Libreflip now at @DctrlVan in Vancouver!
Great that this machine gets a second life in Vancouver! More details in this #Video:
