@arabdissent@a_klops@MargBarAmerica It's one thing to note that whiteness is itself baked in a concept of supremacy, and that most white society is built on enslavement of other races.
Quite another, and quite full of shit, to claim a nonwhite head of state is incapable of doing slavery.
@NYPoliticalMom The problem is right wingers see us simply existing in the same public space as them to be an attack against them. We're expected to only show up at nightlife, to bow our heads in shame, to never exist around children, they EXPECT marginalization and get violent when we disobey.
@Liz_Wheeler so brilliant that he's scaring advertisers away left and right and firing everyone who actually knows how to run this website.
twitter is, BEST CASE, a zombie firm under Musk. revenue will never catch up to debt.
@BadLuckBrian_SD@jasovr@JUNlPER what i do see a lot of is trans kids getting abuse from transphobic parents and seeking protection through teachers. something that understandably enrages the anti-trans crowd, to the point you have to invent little fictions like "tHE tEAchER trICKed thEM".
@BadLuckBrian_SD@jasovr@JUNlPER if you honest to god think someone can be tricked, in this current cisnormative society, into thinking they're trans you aren't worth having an argument with lol.
@redlianak No. There's a valuable lesson in the Heard case which is that you have to defend marginalized people even when it's unpopular and even when you're accused of overreaching. Having a conversation about that does not impair one's ability to help people in the community.
libsoftiktok's braindead following will always hop in replies to say that chaya "just reposts". it's a weak, dishonest defense of her actions that doesn't really fool anyone except maybe their own consciences.
@Canadiansteveeh @JUNlPER you can just admit you don't have proof, although I doubt you are capable of admitting it to yourself at this point with how far down the rabbit hole you've crawled.
