@ArgosHelpers I collected+then returned an order at the same time today, I was told by the assistant I would get an email about the return but I haven’t had anything yet. Usually I get an email instantly saying they have received the return but still nothing. Can you please help?

@Georgeatasda hi, I collected my order yesterday and one of the storage boxes is broken. The missing piece of plastic isn’t in the shipping box so it must have been damaged before it was packed.

@marksandspencer I took my online order back for a refund on 27/9, my account said the refund was estimated by 4/10, but I’ve still not had an email saying it’s been processed etc. Can you please help? Thank you
@marksandspencer I’m a bit confused, I had an email on Tuesday to say my return has reached the warehouse but when I track the refund status in my account it’s saying it’s delayed and it’s not yet at the warehouse? What is the correct status please?
