Everyone wants to study 10 hours. Very few want to sleep by 10 PM.
If you want 7+ effective study hours:
• Sleep by 10–11 PM
• No screens 1 hour before bed
• Wake up at the same time daily
• Skip late-night caffeine
• Walk 8,000+ steps
• Read, write or meditate for 10–20 minutes before sleeping
• Drink 2 glasses of water after waking up
Discipline Rules:
1. Wake up → 5 min breath/prayer → Open book/current affairs immediately. First hour (golden hour) = make-or-break.
2. Kill temptations ruthlessly: For first 5 hrs of the day = No social media, no UPSC group chats, no motivational videos. Protect brain like border territory.
3. You’re not special. UPSC doesn’t care about your backstory or tears. Only consistent seat time counts.
4. Study today like you’re repaying a debt to your parents, to your loved ones, to everyone who believes in you.
