@RS_honyaku I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s just because kindle has more mindshare and tools for uploading. And don’t you get more revenue share for a kindle exclusive? That said I’m thankful Number Nine works with indies and they publish everywhere, i just wish galette would too

@RS_honyaku Mostly to get out of the Amazon monopoly, and because their ereaders are nice (proper manga page order, proper layout for Japanese novels, supports sideloading without issue, etc). It does pain me to see a lot of Japanese authors only self publishing on kindle though.
