@JonathSchofield@FederalCafeBar best coffee in Manchester and friendliest / loveliest staff too (Northern Quarter place for me) Wouldn't be without my everyday Federal Fix and often drag folk from work along with me ๐
@spike_abbott@TowerOfLondon Great stuff. My lad still tells me of the time he did a 'bunny ears' photo with a beefeater. I was surprise he wasn't locked up for treason ๐๐
@markead@SkySportsNews It's because they are made an example of because they're a big club. Seen refs surrounded by players from many other teams and no charges or fines ๐คทโโ๏ธ๐คทโโ๏ธ
@richardosman We have the same thing with @mygetmethere the Manchester Metrolink ticketing app. You can't buy tickets on it anymore - i had to queue up at a machine and pay with a card this morning. Was like being back in the 80's ๐ณ๐ณ
@LDKid@wedawp@ESPNUK The cause of the injury is irrelevant. If he'd fallen awkwardly and twisted his ankle - the ref would (and always does) stop play when a keeper is lying injured. Always (before tonight).
@LDKid@wedawp@ESPNUK Remind me of a time that a premiership ref has clearly seen a keeper lying prone on the ground and allowed play to carry on and opposition to score?
@StanCollymore Because refs over-protect keepers week in week out. Have you ever seen a ref allow play to carry on with a keeper lying injured/prone on the ground like that?
@brian_gall85@reluctantnicko Not questioning the lack of a foul at all, but have you ever seen a prem referee allow a game to continue when keeper is lying prone on the floor? Not sure i have, and that's my point, ref looks at de geae twice on the floor and allows play to carry on.
