@AmazonHelp i contacted customer support about the packaging of the item that was delivered, (i had to take everything out of the packaging to bring it in my door it was so damage) and was offered a refund, but then i saw that i was being expected to return the item which was untrue

@verizon was just apart of the stupidest phone conversation with one of your customer service reps. the store i was at did a wonderful job but your customer service reps are terrible, and im still confused on how yall do business.
