Ahead of tomorrow’s #Budget2021, I gave @elleazadeh a call to let her know I will be wearing @iamzvelle’s shoes on Monday when I table the budget. Zvelle is a woman-led Canadian business in my riding of #UniRose.
Tonight, I met with my provincial & territorial counterparts at the 38th #FPT Meeting of Ministers responsible for the #SoW. We are developing a National Action Plan to end #GBV as part of our commitment to make 🇨🇦 safe for all women, girls, gender diverse and LGBTQ2 people.
Day one of the 38th Annual #FPTMinisterial Meeting, starting with a strong discussion on #endingGBV and a moving video from #SK Government. Face the Issue https://t.co/cQ5zytiulB via @YouTube
I can not believe that in this day and age, there is so much haterage and discrimination not only continuing to plague our society, but even carving out deeper divides and perpertraiting more injustices and a culture of violence & hate. My heart is broken. #BlackLivesMatter#love
@MaryamMonsef Please ask your employees to work from home to reduce the risk of exposure to themselves and the general public. In the age #teleworking there is no reason to come to the office and take on unnecessary risks!
@PattyHajdu You need to make it mandatory for people over 60 to stay home and isolate themselves, as the most vulnerable sections of the population. You must provide support for employees of that age group to ensure they are not at an increased risk of losing their lives or livelihoods!

@TBS_Canada@PSPC_SPAC@GovCanHealth@CPHO_Canada Send a clear message to Public Servants to WORK FROM HOME, especially for those over 60! As Employer of PS you have responsibility to take immediate action to keep employees safe and reduce risk to public. DMs are approaching this differently and lacking leadership to make call

@globalnews Absolutely not. They should be criminally liable as they exacerbate a crisis and put at risk the most vulnerable populations who can't afford it. If there is no available products to the public bc of profiteers and people die, shouldn't they be held liable?!!!!!!
As Italy entered its fourth day of a nationwide lockdown, residents took to their balconies on Friday evening to sing the national anthem and raise morale.

@EducationQC Where are QC's strong measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in schools and kindergartens by learning from Ontario and making it mandatory for parents to keep kids home for 14-days once returning from travel?!!!!
@sante_qc You need to put a mandatory requirement like Ontario for parents who choose to travel to keep their kids home for 14 days after they return back. It is impossible to keep Kindergartens kids at a safe distance, where they share and touch everything. You need to be responsible!
We can all do something to help prevent and control the spread of #coronavirus.
Guidance is available for schools, teachers, parents & caregivers on how to help protect children and keep schools safe.
