Sou biólogo e tive o privilégio de conviver com animais silvestres desde a infância. Ao longo da vida, conheci e estudei inúmeras espécies, cada uma com características fascinantes. Mas, ainda assim, posso afirmar: os cães são criaturas verdadeiramente especiais.

Hoje, no Dia do Vira-Lata, lembro com carinho de todos os SRDs que fizeram parte da minha vida. Atualmente, tenho a Preta e a Mell, duas vira-latas extremamente inteligentes, leais e cheias de personalidade.

Os cães têm uma capacidade única de criar vínculos, compreender emoções e transformar a vida de quem convive com eles. Existe algo neles que vai além da ciência: uma lealdade, uma sensibilidade e um companheirismo difíceis de encontrar em qualquer outra espécie.

Hoje é dia de celebrar todos os vira-latas, esses cães incríveis que provam todos os dias que amor, inteligência e fidelidade não têm raça.
