In the latest ep:
The background of Trump’s @CNN appearance, Tuckers next move, @FoxNews looks desperate, the @AP acts desperate, and a new deal will make @NYTimes more entrenched - and richer.

Theses press critters cannot keep their narratives straight.
It is outlandish for the President to allegedly violate free speech, but perfectly acceptable for THEM to call for a pundit to be silenced and pulled off the airwaves.
They do not even listen to themselves.
He just called the assassination attempt on Saturday night a “dinner incident”.
This is the same man who equated 9/11 to the worst attack in our nation’s history, and said he had PTSD because HE nearly died after a previous assassination attempt on Donald Trump.
Cole Allen, who was arrested in White House reporters dinner incident, argues for pretrial release. Defense argues no crim history, high level of education and adds, “The government, after essentially asserting that Mr. Allen shot a Secret Service Officer.. has apparently retreated from the theory by not mentioning the alleged officer at all in its memorandum”

This is a slanted presentation.
Frank Figliuzzi is not a “journalist, he is a guest expert.
Defendants do this by rote, the case is ongoing.
Additionally, Scott does not mention immediately after Figliuzzi’s comment MSNBC (MS NOW) anchor Jon Lemire issued an on-air retraction.
Kash Patel has attempted defamation suits against journalists before, including a suit filed in Texas, over report that Patel was spending more time at nightclubs than at FBI HQ
Months later, defendant is now requesting "the Court grant his motion to dismiss and permit him to move for an award of attorney’s fees and costs" against Patel
And as she touts the reputation and the lawyers at @theAtlantic, she needs us to ignore that outlet settling a $1 million defamation suit just over 6 months ago.
This will not be an easy case.

The amusement is
@S_Fitzpatrick postures like she did not receive pushback on her Patel hit-piece from the WhiteHouse: she printed Karoline Leavitt’s remarks.
Sarah was also given 100% denials from Patel, and his lawyer, despite just given a couple of hours to comment.
1/2
You say that like The Atlantic would coast through discovery.
They just settled a defamation suit last fall, so they are hardly in a comfortable position here.
NEW: Group of 100s of journalists release petition to urge DC’s journalists to take much stronger stand on Saturday at the White House Correspondents Association dinner
Dan Rather, Sam Donaldson, Jackie Judd are among the signers
(NOTE: I will *NOT* be attending that dinner)
Bill Kristol claims the U.S. invented a reason to attack Iran.
He is opposing the position that we needed to go into that country to liberate the citizens that was promoted by...Bil Kristol.
The Democrats wanted to oppose the State Of The Union speech with their own opposition display.
Well, having @JoJoFromJerz coming out to speak about dildos is certainly one way to get your party to be taken seriously and combat the administration!
Sarah needs to ignore that TWO FoxNews competitors had defamation suits discrediting them last year -and neither involved Trump.
MSNBC settled a case when shown to be lying about a doctor sterilizing immigrants.
CNN had a jury rule it committed defamation against a Navy vet.
It takes a combination of incredible chutzpah and willful stupidity (or just a real commitment to the bit) for someone who works at the largest cable “news” channel that birthed and sits atop a vast right-wing infotainment media ecosystem that consistently lies to its viewers, listeners, and readers (and has paid out hundreds of millions in lawsuits for doing so) to argue that the information problem in this country is mainstream journalism.
They spend a significant amount of copy space building sympathy for this woman, and barely mention how she has illegally entered the country FOUR TIMES.
Once again, the narrative of having a family is supposed to cancel out felony violations.
Funny thing to overlook.
In this entire article, there is no mention made of the connections known to involve the Chinese Government.
I'm sure with all the layoffs taking place, it was just an oversight.
Apparently they have stopped trying entirely to be anything close to accurate at @MSNOWNews
On Katie Tur’s show they interview a Minnesota man.
- Wearing a BLM hoodie
-At an anti-ICE protest
- Being critical of the president
The Chyron says he is a “Trump supporter”
