- Perineal tears + fecal incontinence

- Bladder, uterine, or rectal prolapse
- Diastasis recti
- Peripartum cardiomyopathy
- Postpartum depression
- Chronic pain from pelvic nerve damage

Stop shaming childfree women and start appreciating that families come in many flavors.

Can we talk about how women are literally learning carpentry and calling it ‘DIY’ projects because if they called it carpentry projects men would be in an absolute uproar. I see women on here all the time literally tear holes out of their walls and completely redo it into a shelf and then get made fun of by men who 100% couldn’t do it with that amount of precision. that’s insane skills IMO.
