@PODS At least get your call center to return calls especially when they tell you they will call back in 24 hours. Communicate with your customers in advance if there will be delays or issues with pickups and drop offs. Articulate costs honestly and in advance

@PODS Your logistics portion of the company has made the stress of moving a lot more expensive and 10x harder. Used them less than two years ago and loved them. Gone completely downhill, call center and lack of calls backs is a joke. Will look for a competitor next time
