I have been to many towns in England and in some cases have not seen one Black person all day.
Winchester I saw 3 all day.
It is the Cities especially those with Corporation run transport entities where most live, London, Portsmouth, Reading, Birmingham etc the latter Asians more

There is NO Black Power in the UK it is BBC, Labour Councillors, Black MP's, Advertisements showing more Black people as a proportion of White than is true in 2023
Immigration from White places especially European origins decreases the % of Black British people in British Isles.
