Delhi Police have detained YouTuber Dhruv Rathee from his residence in Sector 56, Gurugram, according to information provided.

Police reportedly entered the house at 7:48 AM after his mother opened the door. Around 50 police personnel had reportedly gathered outside the residence late at night. Rathee had come to take part in the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) protest over CEC Gyanesh Kumar and the SIR matter at Jantar Mantar.

कल से लखनऊ हाईकोर्ट में उत्तरप्रदेश के 4 SCP मेडिकल कॉलेज में 91% आरक्षण की सुनवाई शुरू हो रही है!

बता दें कि इस केस में उत्तरप्रदेश सरकार ने लखनऊ हाईकोर्ट में अपने ही द्वारा दिये गए Undertaking (शपथ पत्र) का उल्लंघन किया है!

जानते हैं क्या है ये UP में 91% आरक्षण का मामला?👇

1. UP के 4 मेडिकल कॉलेज (अंबेडकर नगर, कन्नौज, जालौन और सहारनपुर) में 91.76% आरक्षण लागू किया गया था।
SC=72.94%
ST=5.88%
OBC=12.95%
UR=8.24%

2. इस आरक्षण व्यवस्था को 2025 में इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट में चुनौती दी गई।
सरकार ने तर्क दिया कि ये चारों मेडिकल कॉलेज Special Component Plan (SCP) के तहत बनाए गए हैं, जिसका उद्देश्य अनुसूचित जाति के लिए विशेष प्रावधान करना था। इसलिए SC के लिए अधिक आरक्षण दिया गया।

3. इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट की सिंगल बेंच ने सरकार के इस आदेश को रद्द कर दिया और कहा कि आरक्षण की सीमा को इस तरह नहीं बढ़ाया जा सकता।

4. इसके बाद UP सरकार ने सिंगल बेंच के फैसले के खिलाफ अपील की और कहा कि छात्रों का एडमिशन हो चुका है तो उनका भविष्य खराब होगा, इसलिए इस साल की एडमिशन को खारिज़ ना किया जाए! उन्होंने कहा कि अगले साल सही आरक्षण लागू कर दिया जाएगा!

5. जस्टिस राजन रॉय और जस्टिस मंजिव शुक्ला की डिवीजन बेंच ने इस मामले की सुनवाई की।
UP सरकार ने हाई कोर्ट में written Undertaking दी कि 2026–27 के शैक्षणिक सत्र से सही और कानूनी आरक्षण व्यवस्था लागू की जाएगी।

6. लेकिन 2026–27 में सरकार ने फिर वही पुरानी सीट व्यवस्था लागू कर दी है। मतलब उत्तरप्रदेश सरकार ने हाई कोर्ट में खुद की दी हुई Undertaking को breach करके contempt of court किया है!

7. सरकार के गलत फैसले और अपने ही शपथपत्र का उल्लंघन करने को अब RHA और Youth for equality ने हाई कोर्ट में चैलेंज किया है।
सुनवाई Monday और Tuesday को है!

इसी चिंता को ध्यान में रखते हुए उनका ध्यान लखनऊ स्थित भागीदारी भवन की ओर दिलाना चाहूँगी, जहाँ free आवासीय कोचिंग सिर्फ SC/ST/OBCs के लिए है।

जल्द ही यहाँ सामान्य वर्ग के बच्चों के लिए भी सीटें जोड़ें।

2014-15: ₹50,548 crore
2025-26: ₹1,68,478 crore

ST Budget:
2014-15: ₹32,386 crore
2025-26: ₹1,29,249 crore

ISRO Budget:
2014-15: ₹6,000 crore
2025-26: Only ₹13,700 crore

In 10 years, SC/ST allocations grew nearly 4 times, while ISRO’s budget grew only 2.2 times.
