I don’t see it that way. Both segments look structurally challenged and likely to decline over time.

Meanwhile, excess cash is being reinvested into AI growth instead of being returned to shareholders.

Plus, given the staggered board structure, it’s hard to force change.

While the covenant ratio shifts up to 4.75x with the quarter ending early April, we now have going concern. I'm sure there will be alternative lenders like $TPG jumping in for a deal if they believe in them, undermining private credit to be smarter/superior to PE losing deals
