@2ETEKA Being an accredited employer used to mean somthing. Companies were vetted and checked regularly which is why it worked. Then Labour ripped it all up during covid and fucked the whole system. AEWV does work but not in it's current format.

@kaiviti_cam AEWV is only a farce since Labour made it compulsory for every employer to be accredited after covid. Of course, they didn't plan, and so couldn't actually check all the employers, so it's worthless. Previously, employers rightly had to jump through hoops to be accredited!

@BillyBrown1983 Until the last government changed it, the accredited employer visa worked because employers had to go through a lengthy process to earn the status. Labour's changes messed up the system, and this government is too weak or stupid to put it right.
