It's true, are you running today??

[Luke Blower @lifesnotasprint]

When you run, what's the best part? The tingle of excitement before you set out? When you're running? Or when you're done??

[Luke Blower @lifesnotasprint]

How's the temp where you are now? Are you a cold-runner, or a warm-runner?

[Luke Blower @lifesnotasprint]

I think I mentioned everything!!

[Luke Blower @lifesnotasprint]

If i tried yoga, this would be me!

[Luke Blower @lifesnotasprint]

Love this!!

[Luke Blower @lifesnotasprint]

Please remember this when you are beating yourself up for some missed PB or another running 'failure' that is getting you down.

[Luke Blower @lifesnotasprint]

Which one wins out for you???

[Luke Blower @lifesnotasprint]

Hahaha- this is completely me, up at 4.30am Saturdays, up at 7 on Monday

[Luke Blower @lifesnotasprint]

Careful!! It could be that your legs ARE giving out!! :-)

[Luke Blower @lifesnotasprint]

Love this- what advice would you give to someone with flagging motivation to run?

[Luke Blower @lifesnotasprint]

Are you going 'mad' this weekend and going for a run? How far? Training? Race? Or just a run run?

[Luke Blower @lifesnotasprint]

Pretty sure this can be applied to any running! LOL- anyone here ever tried, or been tempted by a nice little old ultra???

[Luke Blower @lifesnotasprint]

Love this but the worst is when the GPS gives up the ghost and you start getting it telling you you've done a 50-minute mile!!

[Luke Blower @lifesnotasprint]

Have you had the 'honour' of experiencing this feeling recently???

[Luke Blower @lifesnotasprint]

How far are your legs carrying you this week??

[Luke Blower @lifesnotasprint]

lol- the main source of pre-race swearing. (yes, I know 'severely' is mis-spelt)

[Luke Blower @lifesnotasprint]

Sure, you could try and do all this, or you could just enjoy your run! Talk about information overload!!

[Luke Blower @lifesnotasprint]

If you find yourself getting caught up in stressing about your full marathon time and performance, just remember that merely completing one is beyond a lot of people.

[Luke Blower @lifesnotasprint]

What is the ratio of misery to magic that running gives you?
