instead of learning stuff on this app i switched to an app that helps me learn a foreign language (a bucket list thing for me). i love learning and found that satisfies me. i've competed many other bucket list items the past few years. i'm rededicated to following my dreams (3/4)

@derek_schutt @geosmx quite geographic dependent - a lot of UCs are in very unaffordable areas, so it amplifies the basic trends seen in other longer term data such as the ratio of median income to median home price compared to 40-50 yrs ago

@geosmx nice job pointing this out. imo, AGU these days acts more like a lobbyist posing as a professional society, extracting $$ from meeting fees and page charges to pay for a fancy building in DC and a lot of lawyers + lobbyists.
