Q1 YouTube Monetization Update.
Despite a late start in March 2024, I've seen significant traction.
Current stats: 89.3k views, 1.02k watch hour, 1.17k subscribers.
It's ironic that a reposted video drove my stats, adding an unexpected twist to my progress.

I am manifesting YouTube monetization and 10k subs on or before the end of 2024.
Current stats: 7.5k views, 161.5 watch hours, 890 subscribers, and last upload in 2020. I got this.

Thing is, you won’t even spend recklessly, you’ll do basic things like transportation, feeding, toiletries and it’ll feel like you mismanaged funds. It’s really bad.
We charge a minimum $5000 to design WEBSITES.
But I see people here can’t even land a $1000 client.
Here are 7 tips we use that help us land high-ticket clients:
📌 Target the right people
An example will be the best way to help you understand this point.
Let's say you have a product that costs $5000.
You go to an agency owner who just started in the industry,
And has no big capital to invest.
What will happen next?
You pitch them and even though they need your product,
They can’t afford it.
Now you do the same but change the target customer.
This time you go to a founder who makes 100k a month.
They get impressed by your pitch and end up buying the product.
This is called targeting the right people.
📌 Running cold email campaigns
This is associated with the last point.
Target the right people and extract their emails. (There are many free AI tools)
Then send cold emails.
Unlike cold DMs on 𝕏 you have to play quantity game here.
📌 Network strategically
On 𝕏 a term is pretty famous,
Your network is your net worth.
Build strong connections with industry leaders.
This is not the easiest job to do but it brings big returns.
Also attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
It gives you an opportunity to build relationships with potential high-ticket clients in person.
These in-person relationships are more effective than online interactions.
📌 Premium experience
Arya Labs is a big believer of,
Premium payments come at the cost of a premium experience.
Differentiate yourself by providing a premium experience from the start.
• Prompt responses,
• Personalize communication,
• Going extra mile to meet the client's expectations.
A high level of professionalism helps set you apart from competitors.
📌 A comprehensive design process
Clarity builds trust.
So your goal should be to play on that.
Clearly outline your design process to your customer.
From initial research and wireframing to final prototyping and testing.
This transparency will install confidence in clients and showcase professionalism.
📌 Post-launch support
Offer ongoing support and updates after the project is completed.
By doing so, you are earning trust which is ensuring
• Retaining,
• Upselling a new offer,
• A long-term partnership.
📌 Referrals
Give your present customers the highest quality service.
Make them happy and provide support until your project ends.
By ensuring a happy customer, you are opening doors for new clients.
As the new ones will be coming through the referrals of the previous ones,
Convincing and converting them into high-paying clients becomes 10X easier.

To those designers who still think putting yourself out there is for content creators only or personal branding is for people who want to be public speakers…
