@UmarAshraf Agreed, to an extent. It's fraud if someone falsifies results, but provides the agreed upon service/product (illusion of authenticity).

It's a scam if someone, regardless if they're legit or not, does not provide the paid for product/service.

Most "teachers" throw shit at the wall and call it value. I learned how to drive from someone who did it for years, not some guy who only did practice courses.
