@ethelcofie As someone who got "demoted to middle child" from being the eldest, just 2 years ago, at the age of 38 - I can tell you it's kind of disorientating at first. My half-brother has turned out to be pretty cool though. 😎

@Halfords_uk After 6 days, this morning I finally got through to someone who has managed to get it booked for tomorrow, on the last day of my annual leave. At least I won't have to miss work Monday I guess

Well @Halfords_uk are a nightmare to get hold of - and sent me a job completion email for my 2 new tyres this morning - despite nobody coming to the house. I checked my front door camera. I don't think I'll be renewing my Premium Motoring Club membership next month.

Day 6 of waiting "within 24 hours" for my tyres to be rescheduled by @Halfords_uk. My annual leave is nearly over, wasted, and I go back to work soon, for which I need my car....

Being a @Halfords_uk Premium Motoring Club member saved me £12 on my order, but has already cost me hours of trying to get someone on the phone, trying to get someone via the website, messages left unanswered, etc, and the ability to take the car anywhere during my week off.

Currently out £110. Managed to get through to someone today. Can't even rebook it as they've marked it completed. She's rung the depot, but they're not answering. Front door recording cam confirms nobody on my drive this morning other than Mum and postman.

@RoyalMailHelp Yes. It got delivered back to the shop, so my crumbling spine and I had to go into town on Saturday to pick it up, negating the point of having it sent Tracked 48 on Tuesday in the first place. 🙄

Where is it going? Who is it out to delivery to? Me? The sender? Who knows? @RoyalMail / @RoyalMailHelp aren't saying, and I can't make any plans until I know where my £40-odd of stuff is going. Paid to get it 3.7 miles in 2 days, and we're now on day 4.
