We're seeing lots of organisational niggles (re)appearing, each with the potential to progress to nightmare.
These are a few of them. With the right time, space and perspective, much of this can be reduced or prevented
Do you recognise any existing / emerging in your team?
Great to have had comments by our CEO @ClaireWarner included in this @personneltoday piece on the impact of the rail strikes on employers and employees

Today's Tale from the Cupboard asks the question
"Are you living in the zone of delusion?"
Unfortunately I'm seeing more and more people heading there at the moment
Take a watch

Financial Wellbeing
Do colleagues have regular access to enough money to give them financial security?
Are they able to effectively manage their financial lives?
How close are they to having the financial health they want, not just the financial health they need?
PLEASE check!
Does your organisation:
• encourage open recognition that diversity of thought, approach and characteristics make organisations stronger?
• create opportunities for colleagues to get to know each other outside of workflows/meetings?
• include ALL in recognition & celebration?
Physical Wellbeing
Colleagues can prioritise their own physical wellbeing
Workspaces are clean, safe and safely accessed
Colleagues aren't asked to do anything that might impair their physical health
Those living with temporary and chronic conditions are not discriminated against
Role & Support Wellbeing
The extent to which colleagues know what they need to do to do a good job
AND are supported to do so
Workloads are not constantly excessive and can be done in paid-for hours; Colleagues have a voice
No-one gets competing demands;
People are managed well
