@londontheatre we purchased tickets and didn’t get any emails but money taken for tickets. Tried various contacts for you but get no replies since last fri - assumed it was a safe site but obviously not

@CastoreEngland why are you cancelling orders placed in November and refunding on 18 Dec when promised last week items will be sent. State out of stock but still online to order. Shocking customer service when kids Christmas main gifts involved ??

@DartCharge why does no one answer phone or reply to email- made 2 crossings for work on 12 & 13 and have active account with money in it but see today no money taken so will be getting fined when it’s your issue as my car is registered - can’t speak to anyone to fix ☹️
@DartCharge Crossed on 12 and returned on 13th but no charges taken yet but car is registered on my account and money in it so why have payments not been taken- fines surely cannot apply when you have car registered and money there - ignored email and phone cut off after 40min 😳
@peterboo@DartCharge Same issue here as no payment taken for yesterday crossing and return today despite active account - no way to speak on phone so assume fines for both despite account having money in it
