@bethshubinstein Harvest a BTB with a tibial bone plug extension this is our answer for graft tunnel mismatch.look at the marked length of the graft will be around 25-30mm. We’ve been using this technique for over 15years never had a mismatch 😊

@DoctorOkoro The surgeon is lucky to have such a configuration. When tunnel is non anatomical and there’s a metal implant it’s a blessing in disguise and you have got a primary revision in hand! Tada..
I would prefer BTB graft. The final picture looks 👍🏽
