@RoyalMailHelp Meanwhile now 7 days later for 1st class post it's not arrived. I will have to refund my client losing £20 and the postage. It shouldn't be that only tracked items get delivered? It's not good enough Royal Mail. Something is very badly wrong. No wonder people choose alternatives?

@RoyalMail I posted a large letter from a Post Office directly last Tuesday lunchtime. I paid £3.60 for it to go from BT27 to BT24. Today it still hasn't arrived. If I was as unfit for purpose as your organisation I would be out of business. In fact you might make me. #letdown

@RevRichardColes Richard, please find Ulster Schools Cup on iplayer if you can. It's a MASSIVE deal in Northern Ireland and successful players from North schools go on to play club rugby mainly for Ulster but all over & then Ireland call ups come from all over Province! Confusing but brilliant.
