@virginmedia Understand faults take priority, that’s just common sense. However my booked appointment was somehow ‘lost’ and no one seemed to care, just got put to the back of the queue. As I’ve said before, great product, really poor service.
@virginmedia strike again. Need a tv box moved in my house. No engineer available for 5 weeks, apparently they are very busy. More like you don’t employ enough of them !!!
@virginmedia No, hence my call today. Did get a text with a link to help & support so assumed all okay. Originally called on 28th October, first available slot was 28th November. Now 9th December. No explanation, got impression people thought I was making it up! Not good customer care.
@virginmedia Hello @virginmedia you’ve managed to wind me up again. Call to check on when the engineer will be here, told no booking ! Rebook again, wait another 2 weeks, now almost 7 weeks in total. No explanation given, just go to the back of the queue. Great customer service.
@ClaysHyderabadi Buy some cheap downlights from Amazon. Stick them in the holes. As long as they look neat it won’t matter that they aren’t wired into anything.
