Yesterday, as part of Homeless Health Outreach, Nurse Ali (@NetworkGreater), Mental Health Nurse Pamela (@CPFT_NHS's DDOT), & Health Navigator Roy (@BoroughburyGP), joined Sarah (LPP Health Outreach Co-Ordinator) along the Embankment to talk to & give out bottles of water.
This afternoon, we provided our Garden House guests tuna salad rolls containing carrot, spring onions, broad beans and lettuce which were all grown in our Community Garden. ππ₯π§
This morning, we had a number of guests who were keen to help our volunteers, Robbie and Barbara, in the Community Garden. Planters were tidied up and the lawn was mowed amongst other activities. πͺ»πͺ΄π¨βπΎ

It was well deserved, Julie! π
Thank you to Andy and Terry from @cwuEastern__No5 who have kindly donated thermal mugs, ceramic mugs and tote bags to the Garden House. Our guests will really benefit from these! π
A big thank you to Sam & his fellow business student group at @PboroCollege who raised Β£55.21 & awareness of LPP through hosting an enterprise marketplace at college.
Teams ran independent stalls with Sam & his group selling stickers & offering games of cup pong.
Thank you! π
Congratulations to our Peer Advocate Mick who has passed his Mental Health First Aid and Advocacy course. He has worked very hard to achieve this! ππ»βΊοΈ
