The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees.

The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance.

Access to all other Claude models is not affected.

When there are users who are using Android 13 - versions usually the developer will support not to lose the market value. Since this is a govt app.
Nobody cares about the market value as it is a must for the employees.

At least they should say that the app won't work on the Android versions below 13 and you need a device with 13+
The developer should have basic sense at least by looking at the reviews.
